  • Add potato flakes and sour cream; mix well. Cook on medium heat until heated through.

Special Extra

    Made these on Sunday with baked chicken. My whole family loved it. Even my company. Thanks. I will make this again.

    To make this "pop" boil about 4-5 gloves of garlic in 1c water and 1c chicken broth. Use half & half instead of milk (save some of the boiling water if too dry.) Instead of sour cream use a tub of whipped/softened herb flavored cream cheese. Add the potatoes to the pan, stir in the cream cheese and heat until smooth. The broth and whole garlic make the difference!
