Sour Cream & Onion Mashed Potatoes

Make these once, and you'll need to keep sour cream and green onions on hand all the time. No one will ever want regular mashed potatoes again!

What You Need

lb.  baking potatoes (about 6), peeled, cut into 1-inch chunks
1
cup  BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
3
Tbsp.  chopped green onions

Make It

COOK potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 15 min. or until tender; drain.

RETURN potatoes to pan; mash to desired consistency.

ADD sour cream and onions; cook and stir 3 to 5 min. or until heated through.

Serve this potato side dish with a crisp mixed green salad, and your favorite cooked lean meat, poultry or fish.
Special Extra
For creamier potatoes, add 3 Tbsp. milk with the sour cream and onions.
