  • Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, cook and stir chicken in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 6 to 8 min. or until done. Add next 4 ingredients; mix well. Simmer on medium-low heat 6 min. or until cream cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
  • Drain pasta; add to chicken mixture in skillet with 1/2 cup shredded cheese. Simmer 3 min. or until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally. Top with remaining shredded cheese; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand until cheese is melted.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I thought this recipe was pretty good! I thought this recipe was pretty good! I'm glad I read some of the other reviews first though. Number 1 - you definately need to season the chicken. If I had any taco seasoning, I would have used that. But I didn't, so I just went with my Season All, I can use that on anything. Number 2 - I didn't have any Cumin, so I didn't use that. Number 3 - It was lacking a little "kick" (no cumin), so I just added some taco sauce (think like the kind you get in the packets from Taco Bell). I used probably 1/4 to 1/3 of a cup. Number 4 - Overall good, but I felt it needed some sort of CRUNCH to it. I think next time, I will serve with some of those tortilla chip stips on top.

I made this because it was the only recipe I could find that I had all of the ingredients on hand. I thought it was missing something- perhaps adding seasoning to the chicken like many have suggested would solve the problem. I also used mexicorn instead of regular corn because I thought it would give it something extra but the salsa just kinda overpowered everything. Probably will give it another chance but not one of my faves!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Yum! Yum! I used precooked chicken from a bag that I keep on hand (I don't know if I can mention the brand name.) It has a great flavor that went great in this dish, and made it even quicker and easier to make. I used only about 6oz of corn, added extra cumin and a little chili powder and salt. I let it simmer for longer between each step, and for a good 20 minutes at the end to let all the flavor come out. My family loved it!

It's not bad though, maybe if there was more sauce to it, it would be better. Also, something that helps is to season the chicken as you cook it. An easy recipe though, and I happened to have all ingredients on hand...Due to it's easiness, I'd probably make it again.

I seasoned the chicken with taco seasoning while cooking. Also added 1/2 the amount of corn, added green onions and a little milk to make it creamier. I substituted some pepper-jack cheese and added crushed tortilla chips to the top. Very good!

I made this recipe from my recipe book that has Philadelphia cream cheese in every recipe. It was absolutely amazing! I used fresh sweet corn that i had frozen for about a week and it was delicious! My roomates and boyfriend loved it just as much as i did. So easy and so so good! Not to expensive either.

I also used the smart taste white wheet pasta with 30% of your daily value caliclum pasta. So I tried to make this one dish meal very healthy but it was full of taste and so so good!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Hubby and I really enjoyed this dish. My Hubby and I really enjoyed this dish. It was simple to make and tasty! I had some left over black beans, so I added them to the dish and it was great!! I also added a tad more cheese, since we are cheese lovers. This will probably be one of our favorites.
