  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Whisk egg, 2% milk, evaporated milk and pepper until blended.
  • Spread butter onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover with layers of half the macaroni, and half of each of the shredded cheeses. Pour half the egg mixture over ingredients in baking dish. Repeat layers of macaroni and shredded cheeses. Cover with remaining egg mixture.
  • Bake 30 min. or until heated through, stirring after 15 min. Sprinkle with paprika.
