    Love love love this salad! I make it often.

    Yesterday was 93 with a feel like temperature of 105. I didn't want to turn on the stove top or oven, nor step outside to grill. I love salads and lucky for me, I had everything ready to go for this cool, tasty, and very satisfying salad. It was an easy and quick meal to put together especially having leftover chicken that needed to be used up. DH and I both enjoyed it.
