I am going thru a kitchen renovation and have had no appliances for three weeks so sandwiches have become the staple meal in my house. I decided to make this one because it was different than what we have been eating. This was simple and delicious. It even tasted great as a cold sandwich. I used leftover grilled chicken from the night before. This is a very versitale panini that you could come up with multiple variations. Thanks Kraft

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I've made this a few times now for my husband and for lunch with friends. I've made this a few times now for my husband and for lunch with friends. It's really good! I added a little extra chili powder and a bit of garlic powder. It's not spicy, but it is flavorful, especially with the melted cheese. I don't have a panini press, so I buttered the bread and fried it like I would for a grilled cheese. I even had people ask for the recipe!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Made as described except I used mayo instead of Miracle Whip and came out great! Made as described except I used mayo instead of Miracle Whip and came out great! Would definitely make this again. Made it on electric griddle and used my teapot bottom covered in tin foil as a panini press. Even my 14 month old liked it! Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it took forever to chop up that much chicken.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was really good. This was really good. I didn't have any chili powder on hand so I used cumin. I think it would have been better with chili powder. But it was so easy. We ate in shifts that night. My girls and I ate first then when my husband and son got home from football practice, I threw their panini's on the grill. It was easy!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just tried this recipe with my 2 little girls (5 & 2yrs). Just tried this recipe with my 2 little girls (5 & 2yrs). We loved it!! Yummy! I used a large can of chicken instead. I think the only thing I would change is to put a mild or sharp cheddar on there, to give the cheese a little stronger taste, but it will a regular at our house now. Thanks for the great recipe!!

This is recipe's finished result was delicious, but I had to add a lot of different things to it. I added a milk sauce to the salad to thicken it up, and quite a few different seasonings. I also diced up the tomatoes and added them to the salad instead of slicing them. I will definately make this again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This sandwich is wonderful! This sandwich is wonderful! I substituted salsa for the fresh tomato, and I cut the chili powder back a little. I don't have a panini press, so I lightly buttered the bread and prepared them in a skillet like I would grilled cheese. This will become a regular part of our dinner rotation.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I left out the tomato & served it cold on the side. I left out the tomato & served it cold on the side. I thought the sandwich was a little bland but my husband absolutely loved it. I buttered the bread before grilling the sandwich to give it an extra sweetness. I'll definitely use more seasoning on the chicken next time.
