Southwest Pasta Skillet

This is really yummy!! I have made this several times and my family loves it

This was very good for as quick and easy as it was to make. Even my 4 year old, who can be picky, liked it.

Very good! I added a bit of seasoned salt to the mix for an extra flavor & a dash of paprika at the end for color & flavor. We really liked it!

My husband & I loved this recipe! I'm allergic to corn, so I used black beans instead. It had a great taste!

This was easy and tasty. I seasoned my chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder. I sauteed half an onion until it was slightly caramelized and then added one diced red pepper, diced jalapenos to taste, and 4 garlic cloves through a press. The rest was according to the recipe's instructions. I chose low carb Dreamfield's penne for the pasta. I browned the cheese under the broiler until it was nice and browned. This was quite rich.

This was delish! I did not have any green peppers so I just left them out. I used a can of Rotel instead of the diced tomatoes as that is what I had on hand. It had a bit of zip to it but not too much. Overall, it was great! I will be making this one again!

I love this recipe! Instead of green peppers and fresh tomatoes, I use sundried tomatoes and its delicious. This is definitely my favorite dinner dish!

It's good, not superb, but good. The cream is pretty rich, more than I expected. Good flavor though. The diced tomatoes cooled off fast so with every bite you might have warm noodles/cream mixed with cold tomatoes. Didn't care for that. My 2 year old tried it and had several bites, which is a plus but we are still awaiting the husbands verdict. My guess is he will say good but not to make it again. I could go either way but I don't see us craving this one.
