  • Heat grill to medium heat.
  • Mix meat, 3 Tbsp. mayo and seasoning mix; shape into 12 thin patties. Combine cheese and 2 Tbsp. salsa; spoon onto 6 patties. Cover with remaining patties; pinch edges to seal.
  • Grill 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (160ºF). Meanwhile, combine remaining salsa and mayo.
  • Fill buns with lettuce, tomatoes, burgers and salsa mixture.

    These were great, I had fixed 2 xtra that my husband & I could not eat so i wrapped them in foil & put in frig. Next night I heated in microwave & they were still juicy....amazing & filling.

    So disappointed with this recipe. Followed it exactly and added bread crumbs but they completely fell apart on the grill. My husband just went out to get burgers since I have all the sides made. Will not make these again!
