This was just ok.
I also grilled chicken breasts and sliced it up too. My kids liked it better than the steak. (not me!)
I think that next time I'll not use fajita spice or chili spice on the meat, but taco seasoning, and instead of plain cilantro I'll make pico salsa (diced tomato, onion, cilantro, salt, and lime juice) for more flavor.
