pkg.  (6 oz.) FRESH TAKE Southwest Three Cheese Recipe Cheese Breadcrumb Mix, mixed together

cups  shredded cooked chicken

cups  cooked long-grain white rice

can  (10-3/4 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth

cup  BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
1
jar  (7 oz.) roasted red peppers, drained, chopped

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

RESERVE 1 cup cheese mixture.

COMBINE remaining cheese mixture with remaining ingredients; spoon into 1-1/2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray. Top with reserved cheese mixture.

BAKE 20 to 25 min. or until heated through.
