My 9 yr old son wanted to make dinner last night and his is what he made (under my supervision). It was delicious and so easy to make. My son served it with steamed broccoli, instant mashed potatoes and a salad.
I would definitely do some minor tweaking before making this one again. It wasn't great, but good.
I made this recipe and made it, being conservative with the chili powder. My husband LOVED it, but it wasn't spicy enough. I make it often enough now I hardly need the recipe. I don't measure the chili powder I just eye ball it. Also I just sprinkle cheese (mexican blend) on, without measuring. Delicious!
