I doubled the recipe, but i didn't have enough italian dressing on hand so i used a little of the catalina dressing. (Won't do that next time) I used 1 1/2 cans of stewed tomatoes, 1 cup of black beans, 1 cup of corn and 6 slices of ham. I also added more hot sauce than recommended (3-4 tsps). Even threw in some red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. I cooked a little bit longer b/c mine was a little watery from the tomatoes. It was really good with the brown rice. My sister & I felt great after eating it, good healthy meal, will make again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I have made this quite a few times and it has been great every time. I have made this quite a few times and it has been great every time. I never use the ham, but we don't miss it. It's good if you add a little more hot sauce to it. The last time I made it I put in the whole can of beans instead of just a cup. It was still good, but there was less sauce (from the tomato liquid), which I normally enjoy. The chicken always takes longer to cook than the recipe says, but I've found that the stuff can stay on the stove for quite some time and still turn out great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow! Wow!!! This was the best dinner that I've had in a while. It was so easy and so yummy!!!! :):):) I didn't add the ham but I added some tomato paste mixed with chicken broth and some green chilis. I also added the whole can of beans and threw in 2 cups of frozen corn. This had such a great flavor to it. I can't wait to make it again. Thanks Kraft

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow! Wow! This had an awesome southwestern taste to it, not to mention how easy and fast it was. Everyone just loved it! I have more in my family, so I doubled everything except the tomatoes. Also, I used those little ham bites you can find in the meat section; worked great! Served with corn souffle on the side. Wonderful Meal!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was very fast and delicious. This was very fast and delicious. I always know i can make it again if my husband takes left overs to work. And he did! I doubled the recipe. I also omitted the ham, used a whole can of black beans and used diced tomatoes with chiles. Next time I will try with corn.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This meal was both easy to prepare and delicious! This meal was both easy to prepare and delicious! I had to use 1/2 tsp. of crushed red pepper flakes in place of the hot sauce which added just enough "kick." Tasted more like a cajun dish than a southwest dish. I will make this on a regular basis!
