Extreamlly healthy recipe! Lots of fiber and it allowed me to add more! I used the basis recipe then added a can of rinsed black bean and garbanza beans. used a full cup of macaroni and traded zucchini for some carrots and celery. By the time I was finished I had more of a very filling stew. It was very good. My husband, who used to be a meat and potatoe man, really said it was good enouph that he really did'nt mind giving up the meat for a healthy great tasting dish like this! Wow!
