This mango salsa is absolutely delicious! I've been making this one for several years now and my family loves it. Some reviewers have said the cilantro is overpowering but personally, I love the flavor of cilantro. The only change I've made is to add a couple of chopped fresh jalapenos. The leftover salsa is great with tortilla chips or crackers.

I think this is a wonderful dinner! My sister made it first, then I did, now everybody that every eats this from my sister and I always ask us for the recipe. What a great chicken dinner that steers away from the regular same old stuff. We will be making this for a long time!!
