Heat grill or grill pan to medium heat. Remove husks and silk; discard. Grill 15 to 20 min. or until corn is tender, turning frequently to prevent from burning. Note: Turn corn when grill marks appear.

I changed out wheat thins for round tortilla chips and tomatoes for bell pepper. Loved it and so did my company.
Super yummy! Left off the sour cream to save calories! Next time will add some jalepenos to spice it up a little bit!! We also used the pre-cooked bag chicken strips for salads and diced them up...saved some time!
Loved this recipe it was so easy the kids even helped. The only this we did different was we backed it (it was a big party) just till the cheese was melted, and it was a big hit. we will make this again
