  • Place pepper stir-fry in strainer; press with back of spoon to drain completely. Toss with chili powder in medium bowl.
  • Top pizza crust with 1/2 of the VELVEETA; cover with pepper mixture.
  • Bake at 450°F for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining VELVEETA. Bake an additional 3 to 4 minutes or until VELVEETA is melted. Cut into wedges to serve.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I like the concept a lot. I like the concept a lot. I just think the velveeta made the texture unpleasant to me, and velveeta melts too well for a pizza. If I do make it again, I will probly use cheddar cheese. I added some leftover black beans and corn, and then used some guacamole and salsa for dipping.
