Made this yesterday...my husband and I loved it! Tossed the greens (only used half, having it again tonight) with a little dressing and plated it. Then topped with remaining ingredients and a little more dressing. Looked just like the photo shows. Will make it again and try adding some shredded rotisserie chicken...yum! Would make it for company too!
did not use red pepper, cheese or cilantro, but added avocado, carrots, mushrooms and cucumber. Very tasty - definitely a keeper. Quick and easy to adapt with what you have or like.
For some reason, and unlike other reviewers, my family and I did not enjoy this salad very much :(
