This is really good! It never would have occurred to me to add beans and corn to a salad. Sometimes you just need a couple new ideas! I used Kraft Ranch with Bacon dressing. Served it with chicken wings marinated in a mesquite marinade, baked in a 350 degree oven about 2 hours. So good!

Love it! I use ranch and salsa as the dressing for this. Super tasty. For "croutons" I crunch up tortilla chips on top and add shredded cheddar cheese. Also of course add tomato, cucumber, onion, etc. whatever you like.

Even the family members that are not salad fans loved this. Did not have garlic ranch on hand so I used plain ranch. Will try with garlic ranch next time.
