This is a go-to recipe for me. It's so good and I've made it many times. I've substituted a few things though. I swapped out one of the cans of beans for hominy. I use Swiss cheese instead of the 4 cheese blend because the Swiss cheese adds an intense rich taste. I also add crisp fried bacon bits.
This was good and easy. I served it over rice.
This recipe was super easy and delicious! I followed the advice of other reviews and mashed up one of the cans of beans to make the chili thicker. The chili plus cornbread muffins made an excellent dinner on a cold winter night.
