I made this tonight, using Kraft Neufchâtel cheese (1/3 less fat cream cheese), and used 3 ounces instead of 4. We really enjoyed it! I also added about 1/8 cup of the hot pasta water. Easy recipe too, and a twist on the standard sauce. I love easy recipes for those busy nights, or times when I don't feel like cooking. I'll make this again, thanks for a great recipe!
