Wow, this was so easy and delicious, but even better is the chili you can make the next night with the left over meat sauce...YUMMY!!! I made garlic & cheese bread english muffins for the side of this dish with a green salad....for the chili I made corn muffins from a box & added frozen corn that made the perfect compliment to the chili. Great idea...especially for 2...my husband was very please both nights!! And so easy to prep and get on the table in under 30 minutes!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I would make this recipe again, but not for the spaghetti. I would make this recipe again, but not for the spaghetti. I would make it again for the zesty beef chili listed at the bottom as a use of leftover sauce. My husband and I found the sauce on spaghetti to be quite bland and for me it was just too chunky. But in the chili it was great. I added extra chili powder and sliced jalapenos out of the jar, as well as juice from the jar. My husband found it delicious and has requested it again with cornbread.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This truly was one of the easiest bolognese sauces I have ever made. This truly was one of the easiest bolognese sauces I have ever made. I made it one night, refridgerated it and cooked ziti noodles and served it the next night with a salad and garlic bread. Even my picky eaters wanted seconds. I am a cook many meals at a time person and this was perfect. Next time I will probably triple the recipe and freeze several batches for those busy nights.

My 10 year old daughter made this for a family dinner with supervision and very little help from me. It was absolutely delicious. We had to double it to make a full family dinner with salad and garlic bread. Everyone rated it 5-stars, and said they would definitely want it again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was a nice alternative to spaghetti. This was a nice alternative to spaghetti. My family loved this recipe and will being making it again. I omitted the stewed tomatoes due to picky eaters in my house. I also doubled the recipe so we would have leftovers. I also added a lot more tomato paste; seemed a little dry.

The second time I made it, I added the same amount of ground pork to the beef. This increased the flavor tremendously. I also added some Romano cheese to the grated Parmesan cheese.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from It didn't quite make enough for our little family of three. It didn't quite make enough for our little family of three. Also, I think the meat absorbed the sauce, so it was a little dry -- even after I added extra tomato paste. It had a decent flavor; just need a little something extra that I can't quite put my finger on.
