my kids loved this (12-year old triplets), but my husband was lukewarm on it -- a little bland for his taste. i didn't have any spinach so i subbed carmelized onions (i was fixing a side of fresh asparagus so didn't need the spinach to serve as a veggie). i will make this again, but will probably add some type of spice/herbal flavoring.
I didn't have the spinach or ham, but used bacon, med.onion, garlic along with the cheddar cheese, spaghetti & eggs. Was great!
