We replaced the lettuce with Spinach, added chopped cooked chicken, and finished with shredded parmasean to make it a meal. I think it would work better as a side without the chicken, but we did like the taste.
Was way too many steps, and it tasted terrible! My whole family hated it. Had a terrible texture and a horrible tangy taste to it. Would never do again. Mad that I took the hour to make it that it took.
