Spaghetti and "Oozing Eyeballs"

What You Need

lb. ground beef

pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken

cup water

eggs

jar (26 oz.) spaghetti sauce, divided

sticks KRAFT or POLLY-O Mozzarella String Cheese, cut into quarters

pitted large black olives, cut into 4 slices each

pkg. (1 lb.) spaghetti

Make It

HEAT oven to 375ºF.

MIX meat, stuffing mix, water, eggs and 1/4 cup spaghetti sauce. Shape into 16 (2-inch) meatballs. Insert 1 cheese piece into top of each meatball, with end of cheese piece just showing at top. Place on baking sheet. Top each with olive slice to resemble eyeball.

BAKE 20 to 25 min. or until meatballs are done (160ºF). Meanwhile, cook spaghetti and heat remaining spaghetti sauce as directed on package and jar.

DRAIN spaghetti. Serve topped with meatballs and sauce.

Prepare using 2 pkg. (16 oz. each) thawed frozen LOUIS RICH Pure Ground Turkey.

Some Mods: Ground turkey instead of beef, added a small sauteed yellow onion and shredded spinach to the mixture. Absolutely loved it. Will probably make it again next year!

Very easy and deee lish! The whole family loved it, and we served it with monster's brains (spinach fettuccine) VERY GHOULISH

I made this recipe the other night. My son had been asking for the eyeball taco recipe that I made last year, and I told him I was going to do something similar, but it wouldn't be tacos. Everyone loved it. I left a few meatballs with out the cheese because my husband can't eat cheese, and it was really good.

We used a package of frozen meatballs instead of making our own. The kids loved making this dish and want to include the dish for their halloween party.

Haven't made this, but how fun and creative to make a really simple meal! I will definitely be trying this at home!
