  • Cook and stir vegetables in hot oil in large skillet 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  • Add spaghetti and pasta sauce. Cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
  • Add cheese; mix well.


Substitute 2 cups frozen mixed broccoli, cauliflower and carrots for cut-up fresh vegetables.

Serving Suggestion

Try serving with crusty French bread and a quick bagged salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing, such as Caesar.

    I'm trying out vegetarian dishes and decided to try this one. It was pretty good and quick and easy! The only thing is that the spaghetti sauce was a little tart without any meat added. I'll have to try different varieties of sauces next time.

    Great summer dish! Quick, easy, healthy & delicious! We had zucchini, squash, mushrooms, bell pepper, and onion on hand so that's what we sauteed in some EVOO and garlic. Instead of spaghetti sauce I used a can of diced fire roasted tomatoes and a little tomato sauce to thicken it up. To add a little flavor I added a little salt, pepper, dried oregano, and crushed red pepper.

    ended up mkaing regular spaghetti because this just did not work out. very bland and just ewww...i made some parmesan meatballs frozen so i tossed them in some extra sauce and thats what my husband and i ate
