This was SOOOOOO easy to make!! And this squash is so sweet on its own, you don't really need to add anything.
Very easy to make but I agree with others that the finished product is a little bland. You may want to add some s&p and other spices and definitely top with a nice, tangy pasta sauce. I added ground beef and mushrooms to the sauce and served it on top of the spaghetti squash and it was delicious. No complaints at my house. Also, when I microwaved the squash, I put it in a glass dish with water in the bottom to make sure it would cook in the microwave with some moisture.
