I agree with KLynn D from Nov. 15, 2010. I use garlic in most of my recipes even if not a part of the recipe. I roasted my garlic first until it was soft, then I just squeezed it onto the hot, cooked squash and mixed it together with the parmesan and butter. Yummy!

This was SOOOOOO easy to make!! And this squash is so sweet on its own, you don't really need to add anything.
