As far as taste goes, I don't think my husband and I are fond of spaghetti squash - it was good, but we prefer regular pasta. As far as cooking method, this was very quick and easy, the squash made beautiful strands. I would recommend, however, that you make sure you poke the fork as far in as possible to break the outer layer so that the steam escapes as it should. (I did that after the first 6 minutes, and I placed it in a shallow dish while microwaving.)
