Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this for a Sunday lunch and doubled because I had 5 adults, 3 young children and 2 toddlers. I made this for a Sunday lunch and doubled because I had 5 adults, 3 young children and 2 toddlers. Two of the adults do not like spaghetti but they ended up eating 2 heaping plates and the kids devoured it. The youngest toddler is 13 months old and ate everything on his plate. I will definitely make this again and seeing as my husband is one of the adults that does not like spaghetti, that's saying something if he'll eat and like it. Love most of the recipes I have used so far. Thanks, T

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This recipe was super simple and soooo delicious! This recipe was super simple and soooo delicious! I loved the tangy flavor of the Italian dressing, the creaminess of the cheese, it was amazing! My daughter and I loved it! I totally didn't expect it to be this good! PS...I added olive oil and salt to my pasta while it was boiling, and I added a bit of sugar to the sauce to cut the acidity of the tomatoes a bit, but other than that...I stuck to the recipe. I'll definitely make this again! ;)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This recipe is a keeper. This recipe is a keeper. Very easy to make and delicious. The salad dressing gives it just the right amount of zesty flavor. I used a third of a bag of frozen pre-chopped onions and sauted them for about five minutes in the salad dressing before turning the heat up to medium for another five, then added the hamburger. If you hate to measure, use about half of one of those small squares of Philadelphi Cream Cheese.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is a great base for a quick spaghetti sauce. This is a great base for a quick spaghetti sauce. I have another recipe I adore, but it really neese to cook for 2 or 3 hours and during the week, I don't have that kind of time. This I can do in less than an hour. You need to add some seasoning - I did basil, oregano, garlic and red pepper flake, but even with changing it up a bit, it still is much quicker than my traditional sauce - and my hubby loves it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My whole family thought this recipe was to die for! My whole family thought this recipe was to die for! I usually try a new recipe and then put it on a recipe card if I like it. I knew even before the cream cheese was added that it was a winner and it was on the card and in my recipe box before it was even finished cooking. Next time I'm going to quadruple the recipe and freeze it in individual bags to boil up during the week for a quick meal.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My daughter in law is Italian. My daughter in law is Italian. The people in Northern Itlay-Bolognese- eat a lot of meat - hence the title of the recipe. Italians like lots of flavor. This recipe is a great shortcut, but next time I am going to try adding some pork sausage for additional zest!! It would be fun to add it to Penne Pasta as well, for a different presentation and texture!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful! Wonderful! I made this for dinner tonight and found it very simple to make. I did use about a half cup of dressing, and added some basil for more flavor. I paired this with a nice semi-dry Riesling wine. My friend and I enjoyed it very much. Give this dish a try if you are looking for an easy, inexpensive meal that impresses. I'm glad I tried it.
