Substitute 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Cherry Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin for 1 pkg. (8-serving size) gelatin.
Dip mold in warm water for about 15 seconds. Gently pull gelatin from around edges with moist fingers. Place moistened serving plate on top of mold. Invert mold and plate; holding mold and plate together, shake slightly to loosen. Gently remove mold and center gelatin on plate.

Great recipe - not your grandma's Jell-o. Very easy.
It is beautiful and delicious! I'm not a big jello fan, but it is a pretty festive dish for the holidays! I'll be passing along this recipe to my daughters.
