  • Add boiling water to gelatin mixes in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Refrigerate 15 min.
  • Stir in club soda. Refrigerate 30 min. or until slightly thickened. Stir 15 sec., then gently stir in pears and raspberries.
  • Pour into 6-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold just before serving.

Special Equipment Needed


Substitute seltzer for the club soda and/or sliced strawberries for the raspberries.

I really enjoyed this recipe; I used sugar free jello since I am diabetic and the second time I used ginger ale in place of the club soda; I liked it much better. I doubled the recipe and used a cup of each fruit; gave a marvelous taste and a beautiful look. I personally appreciate Kraft foods coming up with more and more recipes that diabetics can eat. We don't feel like we are missing out on anything.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I cannot find the sparkling jello anywhere anymore. I cannot find the sparkling jello anywhere anymore. So, I substituted the Blackberry Fusion jello instead. I also used ginger ale instead of club soda. The result was AMAZING! Very refreshing with a little "zing" from the ginger ale. Making it again to go with our Easter dinner tomorrow.
