  • Stir in juice. Cool to room temperature.
  • Pour gelatin mixture into punch bowl just before serving. Add champagne and ginger ale; stir. Add ice.

    This was delicious! I made this for a Christmas Eve gathering and it was a big hit. I substituted strawberry gelatin for the lemon and it turned out beautifully. Easy to make, tasty... I will definitely make this again!

    I have made this punch several times. I have never used the lemon jello though. I usually use strawberry jello and usually have to make a second batch! Everyone Loves it!
