Sparkling Mandarin Orange Punch Bowl

Mandarin orange flavor gelatin turns bubbly when made with club soda. Served from a punch bowl, this dessert resembles a sparkling drink.

what you need

cups  boiling water
pkg.  (4-serving size each) JELL-O Sparkling Mandarin Orange Flavor Gelatin
qt.  (5 cups) cold club soda

Make It

STIR boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Refrigerate 15 min. Stir in club soda.

POUR into clear 2-1/2-qt. glass punch bowl or 16 stemmed glasses; cover.

REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until firm.

Kraft Kitchens Tips

Prepare as directed, substituting seltzer, dry champagne or dry sparkling wine for the club soda.
Special Extra
Garnish as desired with mandarin orange segments, red and green seedless grape halves, sliced strawberries and sliced kiwi.

For more bubbles, stir gently after the first 15 min. of the refrigerating time.
