What You Need

1-1/2
cups  boiling water
1
pkg.  (6 oz.) JELL-O Orange Flavor Gelatin
2-1/2
cups  cold seltzer
1
can  (11 oz.) DOLE Mandarin Oranges, drained

Make It

ADD boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in seltzer. Refrigerate 40 to 45 min. or until thickened but not set.

RESERVE 1 cup gelatin; place in medium bowl. Set aside. Stir oranges into remaining gelatin; spoon into 8 champagne glasses.

BEAT reserved gelatin with mixer on high speed until doubled in volume; spoon over gelatin in glasses. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
