Special Spinach Salad

My family really enjoyed this salad. The hardest part is dealing with the pomegrante! It was time consuming. Overall, a very good salad.

Love this salad, and my husband even likes it!

Kids wouldn't touch it but my husband and I loved it. I don't like feta so I swapped out my portion with bleu cheese instead.

Great salad! Very easy to make and even the people that don't care for pomegranate seeds like them is this salad. We left out the bacon but followed everything else. My family said to make this as often as possible.

I decide to make this salad for a fast dinner during a weekday and it was very easy to do and fast. But most important it was delicious my husband and I we enjoy it vey much, with grill chicken. Now I am making it for thanksgiving dinner with my inlays. The salad was a hit at home.

This was just wonderful, and I've made it twice now. I used turkey bacon because that is what I had, and it was still excellent. The second time I made it with romaine, since I didn't have spinach. The pomegranate is a great, unusual flavor that won't be a "same old same old" at a pot luck, and it went beautifully with the balsamic dressing. My new favorite!

Made this for a potluck. Everyone raved about this salad. I even doubled the batch and still ran out. Evenone was going back for more salad instead of the main course. Only change I made was I used gorganzola cheese instead of feta, only because the store didn't have feta cheese. VERY GOOD!!!!!
