This was just wonderful, and I've made it twice now. I used turkey bacon because that is what I had, and it was still excellent. The second time I made it with romaine, since I didn't have spinach. The pomegranate is a great, unusual flavor that won't be a "same old same old" at a pot luck, and it went beautifully with the balsamic dressing. My new favorite!
