Special Sunday Frittata

Make any Sunday special with this hearty frittata made with onions, green peppers, red potatoes, pork sausage and melty mozzarella cheese.

What You Need

Tbsp.  oil
1/2
cup  each chopped green peppers and onions
2
cups  cubed cooked red potatoes
1
pkg.  (8 oz.) fully cooked pork sausage patties, thawed, chopped
1
Tbsp.   chopped fresh rosemary
1/4
tsp.  black pepper
1
cup  KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
6
 eggs
3/4
cup  milk

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

HEAT oil in 10-inch ovenproof skillet on medium-high heat. Add green peppers and onions; cook 2 min., stirring occasionally. Add potatoes, sausage and seasonings; stir. Cook 3 min., stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; top with cheese.

WHISK eggs and milk until blended; pour over ingredients in skillet.

BAKE 45 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Substitute
Prepare using KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese.
Substitute
Substitute 1 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed, for the chopped fresh rosemary.
