  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Heat oil in 10-inch ovenproof skillet on medium-high heat. Add green peppers and onions; cook 2 min., stirring occasionally. Add potatoes, sausage and seasonings; stir. Cook 3 min., stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; top with cheese.
  • Whisk eggs and milk until blended; pour over ingredients in skillet.
  • Bake 45 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Special Equipment Needed

Substitute 1 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed, for the chopped fresh rosemary.
