  • Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt. Meanwhile, brown meat in large saucepan on medium heat. Remove from saucepan; drain.
  • Add peppers, garlic and oregano to saucepan; cook and stir 3 min. or until peppers are crisp-tender. Add meat and pasta sauce; bring to boil. Remove from heat.
  • Drain pasta. Add to sauce with Singles; stir. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. or until mozzarella is melted.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick, easy and delicious. This is a great recipe for those busy weeknights when you're tired after a long day and want dinner on the table quick. I followed the recipe except for 2 minor changes- I sautéed 1/2 chopped onion with the ground beef and I used just 1 bell pepper instead of 2. I'm glad I used the bell pepper- it adds really nice texture and flavor. And use the kraft singles! A lot of the other reviewers left it out- but it really does add another layer of cheesy flavor. Trust me.

The only thing I left out were the Kraft singles I figured there would be enough cheese in the recipe already from the mozzarella and parmesan. Overall, this dish was very quick to make and it tastes delicious !
