Very good. I made it with out the bell pepper and added some dried hungerian pepper, it added a nice kick. All in all the family liked it.
This is a easy and great tasting recipe. I like the fact that it requires few basic ingredients only. Skipped singles, still tastes great.
I used two peppers and added crumbled sausage to the beef. We loved it.--easy and not costly at all.
