Take 1-1/2 cups water and 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) margarine and mix & match your recipe from these options...

STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix options add-in choices KRAFT Shredded Cheese possibilities
Chicken 2 cups baby spinach leaves; 1/2 cup frozen corn, thawed Mild Cheddar
Pork 1 cup chopped mangos Monterey Jack
Cornbread 1 cup chopped roasted poblano chiles Sharp Cheddar
Savory Herbs 1 tomato, seeded, chopped; 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella

Then follow our 3 simple steps:

BRING water and margarine to boil in large saucepan. Remove from heat; stir in 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix just until moistened.

STIR in add-ins and 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheese. Spoon into serving bowl.

TOP with additional 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheese; cover. Let stand 5 min. or until cheese is melted.

How to Roast Poblano Chiles
Arrange whole poblano chiles on foil-covered baking sheet. Broil, 4 inches from heat source, until peppers are completely blackened, turning occasionally. Place in paper bag; close bag. Let stand 20 min. or until peppers are completely cooled. Remove peppers from bag. Use small knife to peel away blackened skin; discard. Cut peppers lengthwise in half; remove and discard seeds.
