Speedy Asian Chicken Soup Bowls

I also cooked brown rice and added it after I made the broth and veggies. I had already cooked some chicken thighs with lite Zesty Italian dressing so I added a little of that resulting broth and chicken to the recipe broth and it was really great. I put a few peanuts on top of the bowl of soup for a little crunch. Any vegetables would be good in this. We loved it and will definitely make it again!

I make this all the time without chicken. It's a great way to use up leftover veggies, especially cabbage, which I always seem to have an abundance. It's great if you add Siracha!

This is a great tasting soup and easy. I also made everything in one pot on the stove and added the cooked rice to the bowls before serving. Quick and delicious!

A very good soup and easy to make. I made the soup on the stovetop and did not use instant rice, but cooked the rice separately from the chicken and vegetables and added it at the end. I did marinate the chicken for 8 hours as suggested by a reviewer. I served this soup with spring rolls.

This was so yummy. I threw everything in a pot and cooked it on the stove. It was so easy. I would add a little more broth next time because mine did not have a lot of broth. My husband even had two servings and my very picky 7 year old son loved it and asked for me to make it again!

We love this soup! My 2 kids even take seconds! I have found it is easier to make it on the stove instead of in the microwave. But it is great!

This was pretty good. I think next time I will marinate the chicken in the dressing before cooking it to add a little more flavor. The boys liked it - especially with the side of pot stickers that i cooked up.

Very good and easy to make. I added some Thai curry paste to spice it up, but otherwise followed the recipe. This soup provides a balanced meal by itself and tastes wonderful!
