Speedy Egg & Cheese Stack Recipe

What You Need

6

eggs, beaten

6

flour tortillas (6 inch)

1

cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese

2

tomatoes, thinly sliced

Make It

HEAT oven to 375°F.

COOK eggs in nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 5 min. or until set, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.

PLACE 2 tortillas in 9-inch pie plate, overlapping as necessary to cover bottom; top with half the eggs and 1/3 each of the cheese and tomatoes. Repeat layers. Top with remaining tortillas, cheese and tomatoes.

BAKE 10 min. or until ingredients are heated through and cheese is melted.

Special Extra

I used wheat tortillas and added finely chopped ham and onion to the egg mixture. Next time I might add a little garlic to the egg mixture too.

this was a great new brunch recipe for my family. i added a cilantro and onion mixture to every other layer and some salsa. next time i will try adding some ham or chorizo.

Excellent dish, easy to make. My husband loved it. I used 1/2 Swiss cheese and 1/2 Cheddar cheese Monterey jack cheese mix. sprinkles taco seasoning, salt and pepper. I also used 1/2 and 1/2 cream milk in eggs, mixed together and then cooked. Made the eggs fluffier.

I added caramelized onions, used pepper jack cheese and, of course, used a little milk to fluff up my eggs. I took this in to work and it was devoured. Will be adding this to my favorite recipe binder

EASY weeknight meal! You can substitute tomato to satisfy anyone's taste.

I didn't have tomatos or flour tortillas so I used salsa and corn tortillas and it tasted great. I will be making this one again.

This very simple recipe was good but can be changed to anyones liking. You could add all kinds of meats, cheeses, etc. Whatever your crowd likes. I will make this again with more fixings.
