  • Then follow our 3 simple steps:
  • Mix sauce ingredients. Add 1 Tbsp. sauce mixture to 1 lb. meat; toss to coat. Let stand 5 min.
  • Stir-fry meat mixture and vegetables in hot oil in nonstick wok or skillet on medium-high heat 4 min. or until meat is cooked through.
  • Add remaining sauce mixture; simmer 2 min. or until heated through. Serve over the rice.

Cooking Know-How

Did you know you can make instant white rice on the stove top, in the microwave or by simply boiling a kettle? Just pour boiling water over the rice in a bowl and let stand, covered, until absorbed. Fluff lightly with fork before serving.


If you happen to have frozen vegetables on hand, such as stir-fry mix or peas and carrots, feel free to use them instead of the fresh vegetables. Just add with the remaining sauce mixture.

    I can't see the recipes for this item. Shouldn't there be a list of items to choose from to create a stir fry?

    We LOOOVE the Sweet and Spicy Chicken and I have made it many times! I normally make a double or triple batch and make it with rotisserie chicken. The chicken takes in the sauce which makes it extra tasty. I also add an extra batch of sauce to accommodate. I like to use the usual stir-fry veggies like bell peppers, snow peas, broccoli, baby corn, water chestnuts, carrots, etc. Give it a easy & tasty! :-9

    I made Ginger Pork with 1 lb. of pork and a 16 oz. bag of snow peas, carrots, mushrooms & onions frozen stir fry veggies; so I tripled the sauce recipe. I used ground ginger and also added minced fresh garlic (3tbsp.). I served it all over half a box (7 oz. total) of spaghetti. Perfect amount of pasta and sauce....absolutely delicious and quite a bit of zing! Everyone liked it, but my oldest daughter thought it a little too spicy with the ginger.
