Rated 2 out of 5 by from Perhaps it was my cooking that caused a dissapointment. Perhaps it was my cooking that caused a dissapointment. Will attempt again, replacing the ham with sausage, more cheese, and maybe some heated maple syrup (all within the tortilla). My fiance's burrito fell apart, so I'm hoping these added ingredients will act as adhesives. Note: Added cooked bacon and pepper. Result was still too dry.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Wonderful for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. I omited the ranch dressing, but it is a great recipe. My husband and I loved it. Even my very picky 2 and 4 year old sons liked it (which is amazing)! Will make again and again!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The taste was good, but the eggs did not come out quite like the picture. The taste was good, but the eggs did not come out quite like the picture. I think that I added too much liquid to the eggs (I eyeballed the salsa) and they did not come out very fluffy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love anything with mild salsa. I love anything with mild salsa. This sounds like something I could make the night before and heat it in my toaster oven. I will try that tonight.
