  • Cut ribs into 2-rib pieces. Place rib pieces in large microwaveable bowl; add water. Cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH 20 min. Drain off liquid and fat; discard.
  • Heat grill to medium heat. Brush ribs with barbecue sauce.
  • Grill ribs 10 min. or until barbecue sauce sets thickly, turning occasionally.

    The flavor was great but they were outrageously tough. I used 2lbs of ribs instead of 4, so I boiled for only 10 minutes instead of 20. I'd recommend boiling them on the stove instead of the microwave and letting them boil for a while, then grill.
