large racks pork baby back ribs (4 lb.)

cup water

1/2

cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce

Make It

CUT ribs into 2-rib pieces. Place rib pieces in large microwaveable bowl; add water. Cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH 20 min. Drain off liquid and fat; discard.

HEAT grill to medium heat. Brush ribs with barbecue sauce.

GRILL ribs 10 min. or until barbecue sauce sets thickly, turning occasionally.

The flavor was great but they were outrageously tough. I used 2lbs of ribs instead of 4, so I boiled for only 10 minutes instead of 20. I'd recommend boiling them on the stove instead of the microwave and letting them boil for a while, then grill.

I made this recipe with my husband. We loved how easy it was to make and how tasty the ribs turned out. We will definatly have this again.

Wow! I've been cooking my ribs for 2 hours until I tried this recipe. Never again will I cook them any other way but this. The ribs were extremely tender. I broiled them in the oven instead of grilling. My husband, who is the rib connoisseur absolutely loved them. Excellent job Kraft!

What a great way to have ribs on a hot, humid summer day - this method didn't heat up the house with the oven and was much quicker than my usual way of preparing ribs. Made them for Father's Day and everyone loved them. I think my 9-year-old ate a full rack herself!!

I made this recipe for Father's Day, June 18, 2006. My husband enjoyed it and it was very easy to prepare! Thank you for the Micro-grilling tips too! The Kraft Original Barbeque Sauce was very good.

ALL great southern restaurants parboil their ribs first! Then you put a rub on overnight, THEN you throw them on the grill. Only way to go.....
