  • Combine first 4 ingredients in large saucepan. Stir in water. Cook and stir on medium heat 3 to 4 min. or until chocolate is melted and mixture is well blended.
  • Add milk and half-and-half; stir. Cook 5 min. on medium-low heat or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve topped with marshmallows.

Combine chopped chocolate, sugar, cocoa powder and five-spice powder. Store in tightly covered container at room temperature up to 2 months. For each 4-serving batch, measure 1/2 cup chocolate mixture into medium saucepan; stir in 1/4 cup water. Cook on medium heat until chocolate is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly. Stir in 3 cups milk and 1 cup half-and-half; cook on medium-low heat 3 to 4 min. or until heated through.


Prepare using 2% milk.
