Spiced ONE BOWL Brownies with Easy Chocolate Glaze

Easy? You bet! You're just 1 bowl, 4 spices and 35 minutes away from enjoying these yummy chocolate-glazed brownies.

What You Need

1
pkg.  (4 oz.) BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate
3/4
cup  butter or margarine
2
cups  sugar
4
 eggs
1
tsp.  vanilla
1
cup  flour
1
tsp.  ground cinnamon
1
tsp.  ground ginger
1/4
tsp.  ground nutmeg
1/4
tsp.  ground cloves
1
tub   (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping (Do not thaw.)
1-1/2
pkg.  (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate (6 oz.)

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

LINE 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray. Microwave unsweetened chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in sugar. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Add flour and spices; mix well.

POUR into prepared pan.

BAKE 30 to 35 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) Cool completely in pan.

MEANWHILE, microwave COOL WHIP and semi-sweet chocolate in microwaveable bowl 1 min.; stir. Microwave 30 sec. to 1 min. or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Cool until thickened.

POUR glaze over brownie; spread to evenly cover brownie. Refrigerate 30 min. or until glaze is firm. Use foil handles to lift brownie from pan before cutting to serve.
