This was Awesome! Who would of thought this combination would taste so great together! I made this for a Christmas party and everyone loved it!

What You Need

1
pkg. (14.5 oz.) gingerbread mix
2-1/2
cups cold milk
2
pkg. (3.4 oz. each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
1/2
tsp. ground cinnamon
1
tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
2
cans (16 oz. each) sliced pears, drained

Make It

PREPARE gingerbread as directed on package; cool completely. Cut into 1/2-inch cubes.

BEAT dry pudding mixes and cinnamon with milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in 2 cups COOL WHIP. Layer 1/3 each of the gingerbread, pears and pudding mixture in 3-qt. bowl; repeat layers twice.

REFRIGERATE 1 hour. Top with remaining COOL WHIP just before serving.
