Quick and good, changed it by using regular rice so it cooked a little longer but everyone liked
I made this without the peanuts due to allergies, replaced parsley with the cilantro, added garlic. Because of the ginger the smell was very strong which turned my kids off and wouldn't try it. Next time I'll omit the ginger, add more garlic and roasted peppers.
