What You Need

 boneless skinless chicken breast half (4 oz.), cooked, shredded (about 3/4 cup)

Tbsp.  GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard

tsp.  hot pepper sauce

 woven wheat crackers

Tbsp.  butter or margarine, melted
1
pkg.  (4 oz.) ATHENOS Crumbled Blue Cheese

Tbsp.  finely chopped celery

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Toss chicken with mustard and hot pepper sauce. Spoon about 1 tsp. of the chicken mixture onto each cracker; place on baking sheet. Drizzle evenly with melted butter.

MIX cheese and celery; spoon about 1/2 tsp. of the cheese mixture onto each topped cracker.

BAKE 4 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with additional hot pepper sauce, if desired.
