Spicy Black Bean Dip

This easy dip is sure to be the star of any fiesta. Simply mix canned black beans, chunky salsa, garlic and cumin in the blender for a tasty starter.

Makes 14 (2 Tbsp. dip + 16 pieces) servings.

What You Need

can  (16 oz.) black beans, rinsed, drained
cup  TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa, divided
clove  garlic
tsp.  ground cumin
cup  shredded carrot
 Thin wheat snack crackers

Make It

PLACE beans, 1/4 cup of the salsa, garlic and cumin in blender or food processor container; cover. Blend until smooth.

STIR in remaining 1/4 cup salsa and carrot. Spoon into serving bowl. Cover.

REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Serve as a dip with crackers.
