I received a lot of compliments on this dip. Plus it works with chips, crackers and even veggies. It is also a snap to make!
Fairly easy to make but I think my family wasn't crazy about it because of the color. Since you blend the black beans, everything else mixes into that dark color.
A carrot hating son dropped by, starving as usual and wanted the dip but not the carrots, so I whirred it in the processor till he could no longer see the carrots and he cleaned the bowl. I didn't dare tell him it was nutritious!
