Spicy Blue Cheese Burgers

Buffalo wing sauce and a blue cheese dip mix are blended with chopped celery and onions to make some of the best ground turkey burgers you'll ever taste.

What You Need

lb.  93%-fat-free ground turkey
1
stalk  celery, chopped
2
 green onions, chopped
2
Tbsp.  Buffalo wing sauce
1
env.  (1 oz.) KRAFT Thick & Creamy Blue Cheese Dip, Dressing & Recipe Mix

 hamburger buns

Make It

HEAT grill to medium heat.

MIX all ingredients except buns just until blended; shape into 8 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.

GRILL 7 to 9 min. on each side or until done (165°F), adding buns, cut-sides down, to grill for the last few minutes.

FILL buns with burgers.

Grill burgers as directed. Top each with 1 KRAFT Singles; grill 1 min. or until melted.
