  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Chop peppers. Mix with all remaining ingredients except 1/2 cup salsa.
  • Shape into loaf in 12x8-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining salsa.
  • Bake 1 hour or until done (165°F). Let stand 3 min. before removing from pan and slicing to serve.
